Working in Adani Group Of Industry – NOC L1 & L2 Network Engineer
? Working on Cyberoam UTM 1500ia Firewall Primary & Secondary Ahmedabad
? Configured Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, IP Cameras and VC devices.
? Supervises the functioning of network components and makes sure that they are active and problem free
? Responsible for handling Central Data Center Network.
? Responsible for handling 115 locations and 20000 users’ network infrastructure.
? Designed and maintaining of private IP addressing scheme
? Managing the Network of around 115 No’s of Routers and 300 No’s of Switches
? Troubleshooting of issues related to WAN Connectivity and Performance
? Monitor and follow up on network outage and change activity
? Ensure tickets and monitoring alerts are handled per pre-defined SLA's for response time, updates and closure
? Co-ordination with different ISP’s for WAN related Solutions
? Perform internal system maintenance activity
? Preparing Network Diagrams and Documentation related to WAN Topology
? Manage monitoring systems and administer credentials for internal staff
? Managing Video Conference (75 Devices) through Polycom RMX, Polycom HDX Series and Life Size Devices.
? Audit of Network Devices.
