I am an enthusiast and that is probably the reason I come up with innovative ideas for client's software needs. Not all clients have the eye of a designer and hence helping them with a vision creates a better and friendly working environment.

I worked in a complete IT Services Company names Access World Tech In Kathmandu, Nepal from Feb 2017 to Aug 2019.

Then I followed my passion of doing programming on my own and established a company of my own with two other friends, named Let IT grow on September 2019 and have been working for the betterment of my company.
I do take outsourced projects well if that is what clients want. Two companies can always work as a team to make a product work out for the best.

I have also been doing freelance websites for a long time. From the day I learned to make a complete dynamic professional website, that thing became my passion and I have never looked back since.

Initially I started my career building websites with laravel and php using jquery, bootstrap and many other sources. I have not stopped since. I have done many other projects since but website development and designing has been the work that comes out of passion.

In 2018, I started working on a project for a Government Organization in Nepal named Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited. The Project was Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project which included HR, Accounting, Inventory management, Billing, Stock and Sales along with a statistical dashboard. There,I helped in designing the structure of the database, Wrote queries, Created Server side oracle server. Worked on C# MVC architecture. Worked alongside clients. Deployed module day by day, tested it every night and deployed t the next day.

I consider that project to be the MILESTONE of my career.

Work Terms

There is no time limit for the work i love to do. I generally work around 50 hours a week or even more if the deadline is nearby. The working hours can be flexible as per the requirement of the project.

Payment can be done once the initial demonstration of work is preferred by the client. However a small deposit will always keep me motivated to stretch my working skills to the highest extent. I would prefer a set of requirements sent by a client before the initiation of any kind of project along with expected deadline date.

I would prefer emails for set of requirements and calls to clarify the requirements as there should be no miscommunication regarding the project that we work for. However, any medium of communication would do just fine.
