Hi, I’m Shammah — a passionate editor and academic support provider with a keen eye for clarity, structure, and precision. My journey into editing began out of necessity: as a student navigating tight deadlines, I found myself constantly helping friends fix grammar, rewrite confusing paragraphs, and polish citations for their assignments. I realized I not only enjoyed the process — I was good at it.

Over time, what started as a favor turned into a skill, and that skill grew into a career path.
I specialize in academic editing, article rewriting, and proofreading for clarity and grammar.I help clients clean up their work and meet academic standards — while preserving their unique voice. I’m especially passionate about helping students who may struggle with English or structure, because I understand what it feels like to be overlooked.
Outside of work, I enjoy settling down with a good book or a good movie.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT).
Open to urgent or after-hours work if discussed ahead of time and will attract a rush fee.
Payment Terms:
Hourly rate: $5–$7/hr depending on task complexity
Payment platforms I accept:
Through:PayPal, Wise or Payoneer, Message me to inform me if it's an individual account you're sending from
Preferred Communication:
Messaging within Guru or my mail(on request)
