🔹 Project Scope
Work will be executed strictly as per agreed project scope and deliverables.
Any additional work beyond scope will be treated as a separate milestone or new project.
🔹 Payment Terms
Payments to be made through Guru SafePay only.
For fixed-price projects, milestones must be funded in advance.
For hourly work, time will be tracked as per Guru guidelines.
Monthly contracts are payable in advance or weekly milestones.
🔹 Revisions Policy
Up to 2 reasonable revisions are included per task.
Major changes, re-analysis, or new datasets will be chargeable.
🔹 Data & Inputs
Client must provide accurate input data (imagery, shapefiles, documents).
Delays in inputs may affect project timelines.
🔹 Delivery Format
Deliverables will be provided in agreed formats
(SHP, GDB, KML, GeoJSON, TIFF, PDF, PNG, Excel, CSV).
Final outputs will include clean data, proper naming, and documentation.
🔹 Confidentiality
All client data and project information will be kept strictly confidential.
NDAs are welcome and fully respected.

Communication via Guru chat, email, or Zoom.
Regular updates will be shared (daily / weekly based on project type).
