I am an independent Project Consultant with a strong focus on project planning, proposal development, DPRs, and implementation frameworks, particularly for NGO, CSR, healthcare, and development-oriented initiatives.

My work revolves around bringing clarity and structure to ideas that are often ambitious but undocumented or unorganized. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into clear objectives, logical work plans, realistic budgets, and actionable timelines—making projects easier to evaluate, fund, and execute.

Although my professional journey did not begin in a traditional consulting firm, I have steadily built hands-on experience by working on real-world project concepts, preparing proposals, reports, and planning documents, and supporting initiatives that aim to create measurable social and operational impact. This practical exposure has shaped my ability to think both strategically and operationally.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (General Studies) from Narasingha Dutt College, Howrah (2018–2021), which strengthened my analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and research-oriented approach—skills I now apply directly to project planning and consulting work.

I value clarity, accountability, and honest communication. I believe a well-planned project not only looks good on paper but also stands strong during execution. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about development models, observing how systems function in real life, and continuously refining my approach to planning and problem-solving.
