Sharath, did a fantastic job setting up AWS environment and finally getting our program running online. I appreciated his honesty and contribution to the project. He professionally challenged my proposal. From our discussions, he enlightened me on the cons of my proposal. As a resulting, we ended up with a better project than I initially envisioned. I have went through close to 6 Unix Admins in the past, from all countries even the US; and hands down Sharath is the best I have found! The level of attention and detail he puts forth is incredible. We was the only admin to give me fully detailed reports, as opposed to one liners from other admins. Most times I worry with techs that the language barrier (english) poses a issue, but not with Sharath. His communication was simply amazing. Honesty - he billed me accurately for his time. Even if sync processes took a full day, he charged me the time that he actually worked. In this online world, its hard to find honest people, and I have no issues with trusting Sharath. I wish I had more jobs for him, so I can hire him full time and keep him all to myself.
