I am a professional American business consultant, writer, and English teacher living in Europe. With years of experience in online and print marketing, copy writing, editing, academic proofreading, project management, drafting and editing documents, I would be a good fit for writing copy for your website.

In winter 2017, I conducted research and proofread academic papers for a German company focused on Corporate Social Responsibility. In spring and summer 2017 I worked for the United Nations as an Online Content Migration Project Manager, as I successfully combed through hundreds of pages of web content, edited it for relevance, audience, voice, and length before finally moving it to the new web platform. During the fall of 2017, I worked for the United Nations as the Rio Conventions Pavilion Coordinator in Germany and China, which required copy writing for the Rio Pavilion website and management of several social media platforms for an international conference.

In 2015, also for the United Nations, I worked with the communications department of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification External Relations, Policy, and Advocacy division. There, I wrote speeches for the Executive Secretary, managed several social media platforms, and wrote content for the organization’s website.

From 2007 to the present I have been engaged in proofreading academic papers in multiple subjects in various environments. During my MBA, I worked part time editing academic writing, mostly theses for Bachelor and Master students in various fields. Topics include journalism, technology, history, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, etc.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my dog, travel, do yoga, meditate, hike in remote locations, and cook international cuisine.
