2. Project Scope
All tasks will be clearly discussed and agreed before starting the project. Any work outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and may require extra charges.
3. Communication
All communication will be conducted through agreed channels (WhatsApp, Email, or freelancing platform chat). Response time is usually within 24 hours on working days.
4. Payment Terms
50% advance or full payment is required before starting work.
Remaining balance (if any) must be cleared upon completion.
Work will not start without confirmation of payment.
