I am an Executive Coach and Relationship Expert based in Southlake,Texas, specializing in leadership development for C-suite executives,corporate wellness consulting, and organizational transformation. Withover 25 years of experience in human resources and leadership development, I provide executive coaching, corporate wellness programs, team-building facilitation, and leadership retreats for organizations seeking to cultivate high-performing leaders and teams.I am also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #202485),maintaining a private practice where I offer culturally sensitivemental health services for South Asian diaspora communities.
I earned my PhD in Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, where I also completed my Master’s degree in Family Therapy. My academic background includes a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing and International Business) from New York University’s Stern School of Business. I further expanded my training through the Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program at the Harvard KennedySchool.
As an executive coach, I work closely with C-suite leaders to enhance
leadership effectiveness, navigate organizational challenges, and
build resilient, high-performing teams. My coaching integrates
evidence-based methodologies including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems theory. I frequently deliver keynote presentations and training programs on wellness, mental health, diversity, equity, and inclusion for corporate audiences.
I designed and launched the Resilience Movement, a women’s empowerment initiative helping immigrant and refugee women re-enter the workforce,and I have led mental health initiatives for men of color in South Dallas communities. I serve as a Steering Committee Member for the Minaret Foundation’s Domestic Violence Policy Briefing and have held leadership roles within nonprofit and community agencies supporting marginalized populations.
I am also the founder and host of Dil Ki Recipes, a podcast dedicated
to South Asian mental health and relationship wellness. Available on
Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other major platforms, the podcast covers topics such as leadership challenges, relationship dynamics, cultural conflicts, and emotional well-being. I am the author of Behind Closed Doors: Healing Emotional Struggles of South Asians, a book that explores the unique mental health challenges faced within South Asian communities.My work has been featured on TeaTalk, FUCHSIA Magazine, and the How Does It Work podcast, where I speak on leadership development,relationship dynamics, mental health advocacy, and cultural identity.I’ve also appeared in Aurora Magazine (Dawn) with my article “In Pursuit of Wellness,” and have been interviewed by The News Pakistan regarding my mental health initiatives and published work.
