As early as 19 years old, i became gave birth. I was a working student for 1 semester before, working in a BPO as a customer service associate at night and pursuing On-the-job training in a radio station in the morning.Initially, I took up BS Accountancy, but later on, shifted to a different course. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management. I continued working in a BPO specifically with The Results Companies. My first 4 months was a Health Care Account in US for pre-enrollment period. After the seasonal account, We were reprofiled to an Outbound Collections for NonPay Customers. I worked with that account for morebthan 2 years until I decided to explore different account account with different employer I applied in Iqor and worked in a Telco Account. It was way different from what I used to but still fought against stress. After 3 months, I gave up and resigned. I focused with my Online Shop selling beauty products and more. I was earning atleast 500 pesos a day. I tried to apply in Alorica and luckily I got the accoint I wished.
