DUTIES IN THE DESIGN PHASE
• As a team leader managed design & supervision of various small, medium and large projects at a time, controlling the team of engineers and draftsmen.
• Prepared preliminary project cost estimation to finalize the financial proposals.
• Designed HVAC System for high rise buildings and complexes of various types & sizes, Planned Mechanical System, coordinating with providers of other services to accommodate the system.
• Developed system concepts; computed cooling & heating loads, Selected appropriate equipment’s.
• Duct/Pipe routing and sizing.
• Tender evaluation & awards of contracts.
• Smoke system, Car Park ventilation etc. including follow-up and approval from related ministries.
• As a member of the construction management team, also analyzed projects for economy and energy-saving measures, etc.
• Managed engineering office, computer equipment, complied annual budget.
• Supervised workshop to ensure precision and managed the quality as well as quantity of products.



DUTIES IN THE SUPERVISION PHASE

• As a supervising engineer monitored project execution at site verified contractor’s payment certificates, reviewed technical submittals & shop drawings, testing, adjusting, balancing, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
