As a well-organized professional assistant, I offer an array of skills and experiences. I have over 20-years of experience using word processing software to prepare job related memos, correspondence and other document and materials. I design documents such as brochures, business forms, flyers, and newsletters. I also develop spreadsheets used to compile, compute, organize and present data and statistical information. My experience also includes creating and using data based applications to enter, organize, track and retrieve information, editing documents and written material to ensure accuracy and completeness. I use email applications to communicate or schedule meetings.
My skills include but are not limited to writing technical reports, researching and report findings, accounts payable, facilitating meetings, customer service, and serving as a liaison to coordinate between management, staff, and internal and external stakeholders.
