Currently I'm a Workforce Specialist, we handle real time monitoring, do realtime callouts, and send a daily report to our clients/mangers/directors. Expertise on MS Word and MS Excel. I was an ESL teacher way back 2012. I also experienced being a CSR and Property Consultant.
