I’m Shilpa Dubey, a journalist and storyteller who spends her days chasing truth in voices—whether it’s Vicky Kaushal talking craft, Samantha Ruth Prabhu reflecting on life, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on consciousness, or ISRO scientists on the universe. I’ve built campaigns that matter—“Act Against Abuse,” Femina’s “Unstoppables”—because I believe stories should do more than exist; they should move, provoke, empower.
My work lives at the intersection of culture, people, and impact. I develop content strategies, edit, write features, and create digital campaigns that don’t just look good—they feel real. I notice details others miss: the way someone shifts when they’re nervous, the scent of roasted besan that makes childhood memories surface, the invisible patterns that shape behavior and society.
I’m sensitive, reflective, analytical, and unapologetically self-aware. I crave clarity, value honesty, and hold memory like a quiet archive—good, bad, messy, beautiful. I’ve lost people, I’ve stayed awake thinking, I’ve felt everything, and I write from that place of intensity. Love and life are never simple, but I try to meet them with curiosity, compassion, and exacting standards—for myself, and for the stories I tell.
I move through life physically and spiritually too—wall Pilates, floor workouts at home, Kalaripayattu, Aerial Yoga, Animal Flow, Thang Ta—because strength matters, in body and mind. I’m endlessly curious: about people, ideas, culture, astrology, philosophy, and the small moments that most of us let pass unnoticed.
At my core, I want to create work that’s honest, bold, and resonant. I want to tell stories that linger, campaigns that matter, and words that hold weight without losing heart. I observe, I question, I feel, I write. That’s me—Shilpa Dubey.
