Work Terms
1. Engagement Model
• Projects can be taken on a fixed-price or hourly basis, depending on scope and deliverables.
• A detailed proposal and scope of work (SoW) will be shared before commencement for mutual agreement.
2. Communication
• Primary communication through mail / WhatsApp / Zoom/Botim, as convenient to the client.
• Weekly or milestone-based updates will be provided to ensure full transparency.
3. Deliverables
• All deliverables (drawings, designs, calculations, reports, etc.) will be submitted in agreed formats (PDF/DWG/DOCX/Excel, etc.).
• Draft versions will be shared for review; final submission after client approval.
4. Timelines
• Timelines are mutually agreed before project start.
• Any delay due to client input or scope change will be communicated promptly, and schedules will be revised accordingly.
5. Revisions
• Up to two rounds of reasonable revisions are included to align with client expectations.
• Additional revisions or major scope changes will be billed separately.
6. Confidentiality
• All client data, drawings, and project information will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for project purposes.
7. Payment Terms
• For Fixed Projects:
o 30% advance on award of project.
o 40% after first draft / milestone submission.
o 30% after final delivery and client acceptance.
• For Hourly Projects:
o Weekly or milestone-based invoicing as per recorded hours.

8. Ownership of Work
• Upon full payment, the intellectual property and design ownership are transferred to the client.
• Drafts and preliminary calculations remain property of the freelancer unless otherwise agreed.
9. Support
• Post-delivery support for minor clarifications or implementation assistance (within 15 days) is included.
• Extended technical support or operational guidance can be provided under a separate service agreement.
