Work Terms

Work Terms & Conditions
1. Project Scope & Deliverables
We’ll provide the services outlined in the proposal, including agreed-upon deliverables. Any changes may incur additional fees.

2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is due to start work, with the balance due upon completion before final delivery. Late payments will incur a 5% fee per week overdue.

3. Revisions
We offer a set number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the scope may be charged accordingly.

4. Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final designs and website. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities
You must provide all necessary content (text, logos, images) on time. Delays may impact project timelines.

6. Termination
Either party can terminate the project with written notice. If you terminate, the deposit is non-refundable, and you’ll be billed for completed work.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for third-party issues (e.g., hosting, domain). You are responsible for licensing any external content.

8. Disputes
Disputes will be resolved through direct communication or mediation.
