- Weekends & Holidays: Limited availability (delivery timelines exclude these days).
- Delivery deadlines begin once payment/footage is received and exclude weekends/holidays.

Payment Terms

- All projects require full payment in advance before work begins.
2. Accepted Methods:
- payoneer, PayPal (+5% fee), or payment links (via invoice).
3. Rush Fees:

Communication Preferences
- Kickoff & Revisions: Zoom meetings mandatory to discuss goals, feedback, and complex changes.
- Response Time: Within 24 hours on weekdays (within business hours).
