I’m a freelance architectural designer focused on creating clear, functional, and accurate 2D floor plans for residential, commercial, and interior design projects. I primarily work in AutoCAD and SketchUp, depending on your requirements. My typical workflow includes understanding your design brief, reviewing any existing sketches or references, and then delivering a well-structured 2D drawing in DWG and/or PDF format. If needed, I can also provide floor plan images for presentation purposes use.

Work Terms

Availability: I’m available for both short-term and long-term freelance projects. I work remotely and respond to messages within 24 hours (usually much sooner during working hours). Feel free to reach out anytime with questions or project details.
Communication: Communication is key to a smooth workflow. I prefer to communicate via Guru messages for clarity and record-keeping. I'm also open to email or scheduled calls if needed for complex instructions or feedback.
Project Process: Once we discuss the project scope, I will request all necessary inputs—such as sketches, measurements, PDFs, reference images, or special requirements (e.g. Furniture layout, zoning constraints).
Based on your input, I’ll deliver the first draft for review. Final files will be submitted after revisions (if required).
Delivery Formats:
Standard deliverables include:
- DWG (AutoCAD format)
- PDF (High-resolution printable plans)
- PNG or JPEG (if presentationimages are needed)
I can also deliver in SketchUp (.SKP) or other formats as discussed.
Revisions:
I offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions per project to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond that may be chargeable, depending on the scope of changes. I encourage clear initial input to minimize back-and-forth.
Payment Terms:
Payment structure can be milestone-based or per project. For smaller projects, full payment on delivery is acceptable. For larger projects, we can split payments by stages (e.g., initial draft, final delivery).
I request that payments be released promptly once deliverables are approved.
Turnaround Time:
Typical turnaround time depends on project size. Simple floor plans may take 1–3 working days. Complex layouts or multiple versions may take longer, which I will communicate clearly beforehand.
Confidentiality:
All client information, drawings, and design ideas are treated with full confidentiality. I do not share your work or details without written permission.
