HI, i am currently working with tier one law firm of India with an area focusing on Corporate side. The same includes includes investment law, project finance, corporate restructuring, law of infrastructure development and completion law which has turned out to be an inevitable aspects for a corporate lawyer in emerging global arena. I have worked on various projects of e-commerce company like Flipkart which includes drafting and vetting of contracts i.e. Joint venture Agreement, Slump Sale Agreement, Business Transfer Agreement, MOU, Assignment Agreement, Shareholding Agreement, Escrow Agreement, Service Agreement, Lease Agreement and Franchisee Agreement.
Also, have prepared Compliance- Management Reports and simultaneously, making Due Diligence report, preparing Strategic Advise Notes for the way forward under various Agreements and under investment laws.

Depending on the projects and its time limit. Long time relation and projects will be preferred.
