Hello, my name is Shruti. I have done MA in English, B.ed and MBA in (HR & Marketing) from MDU University. I have around 7 years of experience in training and teaching domain. I am a kind of person who is confident and hard working I believe in ‘Never say die’ attitude. If I do not know about something, instead of leaving it, I give it a try.
My passion is helping individuals to be the best people they can be. I do this by designing training contents and developing employee skill sets and confidence time to time by giving them trainings at levels as a student lead at Event Services. In my experience, I have found that people respond favorably to my suggestions and want to learn even more. They ask me questions about job specifics and I gladly work with them. The curriculum at each organization taught me many valuable things about the human resource field and has made me excited about creating training programs and developing employee talent upon entering the workforce.
