Work Terms

Standard Work Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work
The work will be completed according to the agreed project scope, specifications, and deliverables. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

2. Payment Terms
For fixed-price projects, 40% advance payment is required before starting the project and the remaining 60% is payable before final delivery of editable/native CAD files.

For larger projects, payments can instead be divided into mutually agreed milestones.

3. Revisions
The quotation includes 3 rounds of reasonable revisions based on the originally agreed requirements. Major design changes or changes in requirements after approval will be treated as additional work.

4. Project Timeline
The delivery timeline starts after receiving all required drawings, dimensions, reference files, and other project information. Delays in receiving feedback or required information may affect the delivery date.

5. Design Approval
Once a design stage is approved by the client, subsequent changes to that approved design may be considered additional work.

6. Final Files
Final editable CAD files, STEP files, drawings, BOMs, and other agreed deliverables will be released after receipt of the applicable final payment.

7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final project deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment has been received.

8. Confidentiality
All project information, drawings, CAD files, specifications, and other confidential information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

9. Cancellation
If the project is cancelled after work has started, payment will be due for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance paid will be adjusted against completed work.

10. Manufacturing Responsibility
The CAD design will be prepared according to the information, dimensions, materials, loads, and manufacturing requirements provided by the clie
