Working Terms
• Scope of Work: I provide financial accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance services. This includes bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements reviews, VAT returns, income tax, invoicing, trial balance, journal postings and provisional tax submissions.
• Rates & Payment: Standard rate of R200/hour or agreed fixed‑price packages. Milestone payments required for larger projects. All work is invoiced transparently.
• Deadlines & Delivery: Timelines are agreed upfront. Delays caused by missing client information extend delivery dates.
• Revisions: Up to two revisions per deliverable included. Additional revisions billed separately.
• Confidentiality: All client financial and tax information is treated as strictly confidential.
• Communication: Preferred channels are Guru messaging, email, teams or WhatsApp. Response time within 24 hours on weekdays.
• Termination: Either party may terminate with notice. Payment is due for work completed up to the termination date.
