I am fast learner, self develop, highly motivated and independence person. I will work very hard so that I can truly understand the task given.

I had finished my study in Degree in Finance on June 2016 and Diploma in Business Studies in year 2014. Now, I am unemployed and so this is the time to me to focus the task that you will give. Because I had so much time to be able complete the task given. I am fast learner, self develop, highly motivated and independence person. If I don't understand something, I will search, search and continuously search until I understand something. I will work very hard so that I can truly understand the task given.

Below is the task that I had learned:-
-FINANCING DEPARTMENT: Serve and handling customer queries face to face about the financial products. Presenting the information about the products to the customer over the counter. Managing and checking customer’s information forms. Contributing and compiling the forms in the document file that related to the customer and financial product. Learns process work of Personal Financing (serving, calculation, agreement, and verification).
-FINANCING ADMINISTRATION (DOCUMENTATION AND RECOVERY) DEPARTMENT: Serve and handling customer queries face to face. Compiling and sorting the document files by numbers. Working closely with documentation and learns process work of documentation and also coordination. Organizing and handling the customer’s document file. Contributing and compiling the document files that related with lawsuit (Recovery). Managing and separating the document files that expired (Recovery).
-OPERATION DEPARTMENT: Serve and handling customer queries face to face about the bank products. Managing and checking customer’s information forms. Checking out the past forms either completed or not. Sorting and managing the individual and corporate file forms. Organizing the administration forms files.

In Finance Course, I had learned mostly about banking and finance such financial statement, portfolio management, banking operation, future and options, investment analysis, international finance and financial market.

Work Terms

I just finished my study so now I had a lot of time. My payment terms is between MYR 50 until MYR 1000 based on task given. I preferred use language in English also in Malay.
