As a project driven organization we work with our client leadership team project management office (PMO) to give them the technical tools to manage their resources and track milestones.

Incorporated by Engineering founder Matthew Portis in 2017; our core consultants are subject matter experts (SME) for all program activities related to scheduling and will provide our customers with expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Our engineering planners follow best practices in EVM, scheduling processes and protocols to ensure vertically and horizontally integrated schedules and scheduling products. Our experienced engineering planners will apply the methods, tools, and techniques that are appropriate for the work requirements and assure that the technical quality of work products meet quality standards.

Work Terms

I am happy to develop your technician writing proposal/templates and or develop engineering planning deliverables and reports with cost and milestone tracking. Customers pay for first 20 hours at going rates starting at $30 per hour for technical writing and up to $75 Per hour for engineering planning and technical proposals and analysis and deliverables.
