o Understanding Functional requirements of Customers and preparing workflow documents, Setup the Account configuration.
o Implementation had successfully for the R2R, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Call to Resolution, and Marketing to ROI.
o Create and maintain all reports, saved searches, set preferences, KPIs, dashboards, entry forms, transaction functions, and settings in NetSuite. Worked closely with individuals to customize their dashboards and built unique dashboards to publicize them onto specific roles.
o Data migration from other systems to NetSuite using NetSuite CSV imports.
o Having excellent skills in the Advanced Manufacturing process.
o Responsible for business process, including setup, configuration and customization, Bundle Installation, and overall Business Process management.
o Carried out UAT with the client on R2R, D2B, O2C & P2P, C2R, and M2ROI processes and effectively manage change orders.
