Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
We works 5 days in a weeks, our office timing is 9AM IST – 6PM IST. However depending upon the project requirement, we are flexible to adjust our working hour between 6AM IST- 11 PM IST.
Payment Term:
We operate on a fixed-price/fixed-time basis and also on variable time-and-material basis. Payment terms vary from project to project depending on the technology, complexity, resource requirements and duration of the project. We prefer Guru Escrow system. We never compromise on quality for the price.
For Projects costing less than $5K, we charge:
- 30% upfront
- 50% on successfully completion of the decided milestone
- 20% on successfully completion of the project (Before uploading the final files on client's server)
For Projects costing more than $5K, we charge:
- 30% upfront
- 40% on successfully completion of the decided milestone
- 30% on successfully completion of the project (Before uploading the final files on client's server)
Preferred Communication Style:
We prefer Guru Private Message board/ Email/ Phone/ Skype/ Gtalk/ MSN and all the other communication media that clients like to communicate.
