Dear Mr. or Ms. I am applying for the position of a Customer Support Representative. I would like you to consider my application regarding this position because no matter whatever I do in my life I do take it very seriously with great commitment and professionalism.
I have extraordinary communication skills which I gained during my work for United States Army and NATO as a full time linguist. My duties included: translating conversations between US soldiers and Serbian speaking individuals, interpreting body language and other cultural nuances, and translating text for use of my team. I executed these duties flawlessly. I also took it upon myself to serve above the standard by learning about the area we worked in and informing my team of issues they would otherwise be unaware of. I never allowed stressful situations, personal stresses, or any other factors to break my composure. I am an ideal follower, take orders and execute beyond the standard. I desire to learn, grow, and achieve. That can be seen in my discipline and desire to take college courses and maintain passing marks while performing my duties for the US Army.
Regarding computer skills, I used my position as a linguist and my faculty obligations to perfect my skills in Microsoft Office and Open- Source internet database research however for my system restore and web design skills my gratitude goes to my girlfriend and future life companion.
