Smarter Learning

Smart eLearning is a small team of instructional designers, consultants and media specialists from the U.K, led by Sam and Andy Vanderpal.
Sam and Andy have worked for many years with TeleTech, Royal College of GPs, and BskyB.
Both Sam and Andy qualified trainers and instructional designers, and have taken additional qualifications in cultural awareness and adult learning theory. Sam and Andy have championed mLearning and gamification for a number of years, and are proud to have been one of the first companies to offer mLearning courses.
Smart eLearning has worked with organizations across the globe to design and develop high-quality blended and eLearning courseware. We have created eLearning curriculums for improving the customer experience, up-training for new technology, telecommunications, product training, and system simulations for new hire on-boarding. We have graphic designers who can brand your eLearning template, we have our own stock image repository, and we also have a voice talent bank which can be utilised.

Some of our accomplishments include:
• ROI projects – worked with the Singapore National Civil Defence to compress several new-hire curriculums by converting a percentage of instructor-led courses to eLearning delivery, resulting in savings of upwards of $500k as well as significant improvements in performance metrics.
• Designed and deployed over 200 short notice product up-training to CSRs in the Saber and Vantage hospitality groups, all successfully completed under budget, and in time for launch.
• Converted City and Guilds HVAC instructor-led training to be used as eLearning for offshore engineers working in High Voltage AC’s, Brazing and Refrigeration.
• Re-designed Royal College of General Practitioners eLearning curriculum to be mobile compliant.
• Championed an interactive mobile-compliant simulation for one of Europe and North America’s biggest electrical companies for the launch of the Samsung smartphone and Cinema Now.
