Manage construction activities and project right from scratch including site supervising, coordinating with
other services, handling various queries and interacting with clients.
Manage overall monitoring and execution of the construction work.
Attend meetings with various suppliers for material approval, maintain quality of work, prepare and check bill of quantities and day-to-day follow up.
Interact with clients, take approvals, submit built drawings and prepare progress report.
Handle preparation of estimation and costing. Study and analyse drawings and designs.

Hours based work, but it depends the criteria of each files.
