Work Terms

Availability:
I’m based in Nigeria (GMT+1) and typically work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM WAT. I'm responsive within 24 hours on business days. Weekend work is available for urgent tasks with advance notice.

Communication:
I primarily communicate through Guru’s messaging system, but I am also available for scheduled calls via Zoom or Google Meet when needed. I prioritise clear, concise updates to keep your project moving smoothly.

Turnaround Time:
Turnaround times depend on the project scope. Standard delivery for small-to-medium tasks is 2–5 business days. Urgent requests (24–48 hrs) may attract a rush fee.

Revisions:
All copywriting packages include 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revisions beyond that window or scope are subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms:

All payments are processed through Guru’s SafePay for security and transparency.

For fixed-price projects, I require milestone-based payments.

For hourly projects, time is tracked via WorkRoom.

Final deliverables are sent upon confirmation of full payment.

Currency:
All quotes are in USD ($) unless otherwise agreed. I receive through Payoneer or local bank withdrawal after Guru processes the funds.

Ownership:
Final, approved content becomes your property upon full payment. Drafts, concepts, or unused material remain my intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Confidentiality:
All information shared with me will be treated as confidential. I am open to signing NDAs where necessary.
