Chartered Secretary and. Compliances Consultant
I have work experience of 4 years 6 Months as Chartered Secretary. I have Completed my Management training from N.L Bhatia and Associates Practising Company Secretary. We were handling trasfer of shares, share transfer audits, registration and incorporation of all types of Companies, Increase in share capital, drafting notices, Board Minutes, Minutes of General Meeting and resolutions and also work with R.C Jain and Associates as secretarial department Head and then join MRSS - listed on Bombay Stock exchange as company secretary and Compliance Officer. I have knowledge of Indian Corporate laws and I handled Registrar of Companies Compliances, Bombay stock exchange Compliances, Listing Agreement, ICDR , SEBI Compliances.
