With this hourlie, you get your architectural model rendered in realistic scenario and materials. The workflow usually is applying scenes, materials, lighting and flora to a developed model, and hence producing renders or visualizations. Offered for both exterior and interior renders.

I offer a friendly professional architectural design & management service specialising in BIM management & coordination within residential, commercial & industrial building projects including 3D CGI modelling and rendering for client presentations.

Primary services include an Initial on-site consultation, Feasibility & site assessment, UK Planning and Building Control applications.

All of my work is produced solely using 3D modelling in Revit, from initial sketch designs through to photo realistic CGI renderings and fully detailed working drawings packages.
