Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+6)
Weekends and holidays — flexible, upon prior agreement

Response Time:
All messages answered within 12 hours. Urgent inquiries typically
responded to within 2–4 hours during working hours.

Payment Terms:
All payments processed securely via Guru SafePay.
Milestone-based structure preferred — payment released per
completed and approved deliverable.

Project Kickoff:
Work begins only after project scope is agreed and first milestone
is funded via SafePay.

Revisions:
Minor revisions included at every milestone stage. Major scope
changes are quoted separately and agreed before work begins.

Communication:
Preferred — Guru Messages for all project discussions and file sharing.
Video calls via Google Meet or Zoom available for kickoff and review
sessions.

Delivery Format:
All files delivered in client-ready formats. Source files (PSD, Figma,
raw code) included unless otherwise agreed. Full handover documentation
provided on project completion.
