I have 10+ years of experience with computers and 8+ years of experience in IT support. I started using computer in my school days and first thing I was taught was C++ programming. I have since learned a lot ranging from basic programming and development to support of Desktop\Servers\Networking and Arduino based micro-controller programming. Reason I mention this is because it shows that My knowledge is far and wide which makes it easy for me to adapt and learn new things.
I have been in IT Support through out my career. I have good knowledge of Windows OS with networking related issues. I have worked on Meraki(Network Monitoring), LogMeIn(Corporate System Maintenance), Zoho\Remedy(Ticketing Tool) and several others. I am well aware off almost all Remote Tools like (Bomgar, LogMeIn, ShowMyPc360, TeamViewer, GoToAssist and several others. I have worked on almost all knows issues like Internet not working, networking, file sharing, Network setup, Work Group Setup, DHCP setup(Windows 2012), Infection issue, Rootkit\Bootkit removal.
