Ms. Gautreau comes with my highest recommendation. She is the best personal assistant I have ever worked with.
I'm consistently impressed that Shelly goes above and beyond with each task I give her. She is impeccably organized, VERY effective with her time, creative (comes up with new ideas on a regular basis to take my company farther in ways I hadn't thought of), and a fantastic communicator (she responds to emails immediately and is always reachable).
What perhaps stands out most is what a pleasure Shelly is to work with. Besides being honest, polite, extremely articulate (on the phone and in writing), and absolutely diligent with her work, Shelly's cheerfulness and positive energy really come across. Our weekly phone debriefs always make my day because of how genuinely polite and kind she is and how excited she is about our work together.
