I am Sunday Emmanuel, a results-driven Mechanical Engineer with a working knowledge of the principles of Mechanical Engineering and Quality Assurance and Control.

A Mechanical Engineer with 4+ years' experience in Mechanical Engineering; my experience spans across Building services engineering and Manufacturing. I have and I'm still delivering top-notch designs that have seen more than 90% of my past projects transition into successful, manufactured products. My proficiency lies in utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD for idea translation to real life model; Luxion KeyShot for rendering, and Lantek Expert for preparing designs for Laser/CNC cutting; ensuring that the end product not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Work Terms

As a Mechanical Building Services Engineer, I strive to deliver excellence, clarity, and professionalism in every project. To ensure smooth collaboration, the following terms guide my work with clients:

1. Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+1)

Saturday: Available for priority/urgent tasks (by prior agreement).

Sundays & public holidays: Closed, unless otherwise arranged.

2. Communication

Preferred Style: Written communication via Guru Workroom or WhatsApp (for quick updates).

Meetings/Calls: Video or voice calls scheduled in advance.

Response Time: I respond to all client messages within 24 hours during working days.

3. Project Scope & Deliverables

Each project will be defined by a clear scope of work, agreed milestones, and deliverables (drawings, calculations, reports, BOQs, etc.).

Any additional tasks outside the agreed scope will be considered change requests and discussed with revised timelines and costs.

4. File Formats & Deliverables

Standard outputs include AutoCAD/Revit drawings, PDF reports, Excel/Word documentation, and calculation sheets.

Other formats may be provided upon request.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are handled securely via Guru’s SafePay system.

For larger projects, payments will be divided into milestone-based releases.

Work begins after initial milestone funding is confirmed.

6. Revisions

I provide up to 2 revisions per deliverable to ensure client satisfaction, provided they are within the agreed scope.

Major design changes or new requirements will be treated as additional work.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, designs, and data are handled with strict confidentiality.

I am open to signing NDA agreements if required.

8. Professional Commitment

I adhere to international and local engineering standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, BS, Nigerian codes, etc.).

My goal is to ensure timely delivery, technical accuracy, and cost-effective solutions for every client.
