I am available Monday to Saturday, and I respond quickly to messages, revisions, and clarifications. Urgent or same-day projects can be handled on request.

Takeoffs will be delivered in Excel, PDF, or your required format.
All quantities are calculated based on project plans, construction standards, and specific client requirements.
Revisions are included if there are plan updates or client clarifications
