I am committed to delivering high-quality, professional services with clear communication and measurable outcomes. All projects begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs, goals, and desired results.
🔹 Availability & Communication
• Standard business hours: Monday–Friday
• Response time: Within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays)
• Sessions and meetings are scheduled in advance
🔹 Payment Terms
• Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed
• Hourly and fixed-rate projects are both available
• Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe
🔹 Revisions & Scope
• Services are based on the agreed scope of work
• Additional requests outside of scope may require a revised quote
• Adjustments and feedback are welcomed to ensure client satisfaction
🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
