I am a newly graduated student from Maastricht University with a bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Engineering. I am interested in mobile application development, specifically the implementation of applications for the iOS and Android platforms. The variety of courses within my bachelor’s degree have taught me how to collect and organise valuable data using mathematics and intelligent computer techniques. I have also learned how to use models and computers for data analysis, generating new knowledge and conclusions to solve practical problems.

I have always had a vested interest in mobile application development, resulting in me and four of my close friends founding a software development company in July 2014. From this point onward I have been intensively working on the development and implementation of multiple cross-platform applications using Xamarin Studio, developing my creativity and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This allowed me to develop my programming skills across multiple languages such as C#, Swift, Java, JavaScript, MySQL and resulted in assured confidence when embarking into new domains. Furthermore, as the co-founder of the company I sought to improve my leadership skills and expand my knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship. To achieve this, I took a minor of Entrepreneurship in Maastricht University.
