Here are the key drivers of how we work with you to achieve your milestones:

1. Vision. What is possible for your company today? A year from today? Are you and your employees in alignment with your vision? Can you articulate your vision such that anyone can grasp its essence in thirty seconds or less? Can your employees do the same?

2. Evangelism. You need buy-in from both internal and external stakeholders. We show you how to get it done with your best performers as your Ambassadors and what vehicles to use to reach ALL of your stakeholders and make them part of the solution.

3. Strategy. We connect the dots that are often hidden from plain sight. We show you how to mine and uncover opportunities that are not visible to others and what resources and people and models you need to execute and deliver impactful results to your top and bottom line.

4. Execution. Doing what we say we're going to do, on time and on budget. No excuses.

Work Terms

I prefer to work on a monthly retainer for a minimum of six months and if applicable, would prefer a combination of cash and equity. I will work hourly if the commitment of time and resources is available and supported by senior management. I expect payment every two weeks and I usually ask for a 'commitment' fee up front so that I know we are of one mind in accomplishing the agreed upon milestones.
