Hours of Operation

I am based in Italy (CET / GMT+1) and generally available Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 CET.

For urgent projects or ongoing maintenance, I can provide extended availability by agreement.

Communication

Preferred communication channels: Guru messages, electronic mail, or Zoom/Google Meet calls.

I provide regular progress updates and respond to messages within 24 hours (usually much faster).

Clear documentation and reports are included for technical tasks and fixes.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Guru’s SafePay system.

For small one-time tasks: 100% payment upon completion.

For larger projects: milestone-based payments, defined together before starting.

Long-term collaborations or maintenance packages can be billed monthly.
