I am a management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in project & program, integration management as well as business coaching. I am German, but have been living in Stockholm, Sweden for almost 4 years now.

I am a generalist, yet, my focus used to be on IT software implementation and post-merger-integration. I have worked in corps (aviation, banking/finance), top notch consulting firms as well as medium and small businesses (IT consulting, Consumer Electronics, non-profit organizations) and have delivered project of all sizes with very varied stakeholder groups.

I follow a pragmatic project management approach and focus on understanding personally where the project is and how potential and real hindrances can be mitigated.

My road to success:
- clear understanding of the project (strategy, goals, planning & resources, timelines)
- setting up (only) the essential project management infrastructure tools (agile, waterfall, or others)
- combining being highly structured with intuition
- building trust / being a trusted advisor to all stakeholders

Work Terms

Half or full time possible, depending on availability. On-site, remote or hybrid possible, while I prefer to be on-site regularly to get to know all involved team members.
