Work Terms

Payment Method: Guru recommends, and I strongly agree, that payments should be made through SafePay Escrow. As such, the full agreed-upon project cost must be placed in Escrow before work begins. Communication:I am happy to communicate with my clients via the method that works best for them, whether it's email, telephone, or even Skype. For long-term projects, I prefer communicating weekly, giving progress updates and addressing any questions or concerns. General Availability:I am available via phone and email, without appointment, from 8am - 7pm Monday through Friday. I am also happy to talk with clients on Saturdays and Sunday, but recomend setting a specific time to ensure that I'm available and can give my full attention.
