Ms. Itchkawich is a military veteran who brings multi-disciplinary experience to projects in a wide range of areas including: project management, application development, business development, proposal writing, systems analysis, training development, graphic design, information architecture, applications programming, group facilitation and instruction. She has served as a technical researcher supplying literature reviews and making evaluations of technical delivery programs for educational assessments. As a developer, Ms. Itchkawich created a Cross-time Cross-Systems database to house assessment data from over 110 countries and regions and supplying an ASP.NET application to support the use of the data query tool by education researchers. She has also developed a Country Profiles tool, a web-based interface designed to allow users to interact with and manipulate data from large, multi-national studies and assessments.
Ms. Itchkawich’s background encompasses strong technical skills as a developer, as well as the social science background necessary to human factors work and human process engineering. Ms. Itchkawich has provided statistical analyses and evaluations of military organizations to assess management effectiveness, strengths and deficiencies in work processes.
Ms. Itchkawich blends a strong technical background in application development with skills in decision theory and process evaluation. She has managed efforts for large federal agency clients and for small non-profit customers. Her experience in return on investment evaluations has provided a particularly helpful perspective when considering future technology strategy for clients and has made her valuable to clients pursuing strategic planning for their organizations.
