About

I have designed and developed websites for small businesses using a more whimsical and artistic approach to add a splash of color and character to the web. I focus my attention on designing great user experiences with a simple, intuitive approach. In addition, I write and edit both news copy (AP Style) & web copy, and I consult clients on proper and effective social media implementation.

I've worked with a number of clients ranging from silk screening businesses to medical professionals and many different types of clients in between. I also worked as a Webmaster for the State of Tennessee for 17 years, overseeing websites, social media, and mobile application design/development. Most recently, I have worked in freelance journalism for two local newspapers in northern Middle Tennessee.

I hold a degree in Web Development with an emphasis on UX and IA.
