My name is Stephen Mungatu Mutyanziu, and I am a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance, bookkeeping, data entry, and inventory management. Throughout my career, I have established a reputation for being thorough, reliable, and committed to delivering results that make a meaningful difference to both organizations and individual clients.
My professional journey began in the financial field, where I trained as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Sections 1–6) at KCA University. This training gave me a strong foundation in financial reporting, credit analysis, and risk management. Beyond classroom knowledge, I have had the opportunity to apply these skills directly in the workplace, particularly in roles that required careful attention to numbers, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
I spent several years at Twiga Foods, where I held positions such as Inventory Officer, Data Clerk, and Fresh Fruit & Vegetable (FFV) Supervisor. These roles taught me valuable lessons about responsibility, teamwork, and the importance of accuracy in handling large volumes of data. As an Inventory Supervisor, I introduced process improvements that reduced discrepancies and increased efficiency. As a Data Clerk, I became known for my ability to capture, clean, and report data with near 100% accuracy, which directly informed management decisions. These experiences built not only my technical skills but also my leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Over time, I discovered that the skills I was using daily—bookkeeping, data reporting, and data entry—were valuable far beyond the company I worked for. Many businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, need support in keeping their financial and operational data organized. I decided to specialize in offering these services independently so I could help a wider range of clients achieve clarity and control in their financial and administrative operations.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I am available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT). For urgent assignments or clients in different time zones, I am flexible and can adjust my schedule as needed.
Communication
Clear, timely communication is the foundation of successful collaboration. I prefer using Guru messages for project updates and responding to all inquiries within a few hours. Regular progress updates will be provided to ensure transparency.
Payment Terms
I work exclusively through the Guru SafePay system for the security of both parties.
For small projects: full payment is requested upon completion.
For larger projects: milestone payments are preferred, with payments released after each completed stage.
Final deliverables are provided once all agreed payments are released through SafePay.
Collaboration Style
My goal is to make every project smooth and stress-free for my clients. I welcome detailed instructions, reference materials, and style preferences at the beginning of a project to ensure expectations are met. I provide regular updates and remain open to revisions so that the final outcome fully satisfies client requirements.
