Work Terms

Terms
Please communicate for an initial brief consultation to understand your vision and specific requirements.
I provide one round of revisions: level adjustments, small edits, effect changes, structural changes, arrangement, or tempo adjustments.
Additional revision rounds are available at a reasonable rate.

Timeline
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for a custom beat or production, based on complexity.
Mixing & mastering services: 2–4 business days per track.
*Rush orders: 48-hour turnaround. Are available for an additional fee.

Deliverables
Final deliverables include:
High-quality WAV (44.1 kHz / 24-bit) and MP3 (320 kbps) stereo mixes.

Payment
50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot and begin work.
The remaining 50% is due upon final approval, before final files are released.

Ownership & Licensing
Non-Exclusive Lease:
With this license, you may use the final beat for commercial releases like streaming, downloads, and physical sales. I would retain full ownership and the license to lease to other artists.

Exclusive Buyout:
Upon full payment, you receive exclusive ownership of the final beat.

In either case, I retain the right to use the final track in my portfolio for promotional purposes.
Your satisfaction is my priority. If the final product doesn't align with your vision, I'll work with you to make it right within the agreed revision limits.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel before work begins, your deposit is fully refundable.
If work has commenced, the deposit covers time and labor invested and is non-refundable.
