Work Terms

Hours of Operation: 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM EST. Core engineering, geometry repair, and manufacturing brokerage pipelines run continuously throughout the business day.• Payment Terms: Milestones are strictly defined and funded in escrow prior to the initiation of engineering sprints. For high-ticket corporate projects ($5,000+), structured rolling milestone payments are required based on DFM approval and production sign-offs. Immediate release is expected upon delivery of verified STEP/IGES or optimized 3MF files.• Communication Style: High-efficiency digital communication via Guru message boards. Available for scheduled, focused technical alignment calls once milestone specifications are locked.• Deliverables: All engineering data is delivered as fully repaired, production-ready geometry (STEP, IGES, 3MF, or native CAD formats) accompanied by comprehensive diagnostic metrics.
