Work Terms

Availability
Available for both short-term and long-term projects in architecture, interior, landscape, and visualization. I maintain flexible hours and can adjust to client time zones for smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Communication
All communication and file exchange are handled through Guru for transparency and record-keeping. I share regular progress updates with previews or draft renders so clients can review and provide feedback at each stage.

Payments
Projects can be structured on a fixed-price or hourly basis. Larger projects are divided into milestones (concept, draft, final). Payment for each milestone is released after client approval using Guru’s SafePay for secure transactions.

Revisions
Each stage includes 1–2 minor revisions depending on the package or agreement. Additional revisions or major scope changes can be discussed and billed separately. My goal is to ensure full satisfaction while keeping workflow clear and efficient.

Deliverables
Deliverables may include:
– High-resolution 3D renders (JPEG/PNG)
– 360° virtual tours or interactive walkthroughs
– Animation videos (MP4)
– CAD or model files (.3dm, .skp, .fbx, .max, .rvt, .dwg)
All final files are submitted through the Guru workspace upon project completion.
