I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. With a
total of 15 years of experience in the field, I have primarily worked as a Quantity Surveyor
on Infrastructure and Building Construction Projects, specializing in Contract/Commercial
management. My responsibilities have included Quantity Surveying, preparing Bills of
Quantities (BOQ), Estimation, Interim Payment Applications, Final Accounts,
Change/Variation orders, Contract Negotiation, Procurement of materials, subcontractors
(SC) management, SC Bills, revenue estimates, contractual correspondence, value of work
done calculations, reconciliation, and collaboration with Commercial and Tendering
Departments for new projects.
